I am an avid woodsman and hound man, born and raised in southern Arkansas where my passion for the outdoors began. Growing up, small game and deer were top of the list. I soon moved to northern Arkansas as a teenager. This is when I got introduced to the “kings of spring” the great eastern wild turkey!! Hearing a turkey gobble just eats me alive!!!
I now live in northern West Virginia where my obsession continues, just these days the passion is highly focused on getting youth involved with the outdoors. Primarily my son Rhett, he has become my little hunting partner for life!
I am very blessed to have a wife that supports in my passion of hunting!! Up until the last couple years we always had downtime between season, that all changed when I got into predator hunting!! These days there is no off season for us always prepping for the next season
By trade I am a lineman for AEP, although work schedule has become very demanding limiting my time in the woods I am still able to get out and make the best of it!!
