I started hunting at the young age of eight with my dad, and over the years, those experiences have become some of my most cherished memories. But he was giving me far more than an introduction to hunting. From pheasant hunting over his friends’ dogs to sitting quietly for hours in a tree stand, he was teaching me the skills and values that shaped the man and outdoorsman I am today.
My dad taught me to respect all living things, both animals and people. He instilled in me a deep appreciation for conservation, a responsibility to care for the land and its resources, and the importance of showing up for my community when I’m needed. I’ve been fortunate enough to harvest some incredible animals across several states and, perhaps more importantly, meet some truly incredible people along the way.
Guiding youth and introducing new hunters to the outdoors has become one of the most rewarding parts of being an outdoorsman. My goal is to help keep this sport and tradition alive by welcoming new people into the woods and encouraging them to become responsible stewards and ambassadors of the land. Most of all, I hope to pass along the same values my dad gave me.
I am a mason by trade and own a small masonry restoration company, which helps fuel my outdoor addiction. Outside of hunting, I have an incredibly supportive wife, Brittany, and two rescue dogs who are my world. We enjoy hiking, long weekend getaways, and lazy days around the house. Because of Brittany’s unwavering support, I’m able to continue chasing the fall dreams that have meant so much to me throughout my life.
